You will find out if you need treatment at your initial examination. Depending on the problems found, you may need intermediate, partial, or full orthodontic treatment.

You will also receive an estimate of the fee and the time required for treatment. Diagnostic Records (impressions, x-rays, and photographs) may be done at the initial appointment as a convenience to you. There is a charge for diagnostic records.

Each patient will be mailed a new patient packet prior to their first visit. If you need extra copies you may download them and print them below.
